Energizing Smoothy
½ cucumber
1 apple
¼ pinapple
1 handfull of kale leaves
½ cup of coconut water
1 t.s. of spirulina
2 t.s. of sunflower seeds
Blend all ingredients in a blender with some ice and savour slowly.
