Welcome to LMfitness.
I have organised these VIDEOS to offer a progression of exercises called Program 1, Program 2, etc. for easy and efficient use.

Instructions :
do the programs in order.
do the programs at least 3x’s each before you progress to the next program.
do 3 practises a week (or more if you would like) for a period of 4 to 6 weeks.
continue to practise regularily once or twice a week after the initial phase of the training to help maintain the changes.
I strongly recommend that you follow the Posture VIDEOS with the Chair and Elastic VIDEOS to further support good posture as well as improve suppleness and strength.
The exercises may appear overly simple. Do not be deceived. They have been chosen to balance a very specific group of muscles which have a direct impact on vertical alignment and hence your posture. Regular practise will encourage new, more conscious habits to take root and is the secret to your success.

Bonne Chance!
