Back pain is an unpleasant condition which limits our ability to fully participate and enjoy life. Pain causes fear of pain, and together the two compound the problem of back pain. Muscle tension, muscle imbalance and movement restriction create the downward spiralling cycle of the back pain condition, as well as the emotions of irritability and frustration which go with it. Break this cycle with the simple and effective exercises I offer you here.
